The tour allows nature enthusiasts to leisurely walk along pathways and over suspension bridges through the raw tropical foliage of South Shore Adventures’ Roatan eco park, includes concrete walkways, wooden steps and handrails, as well as 8 suspension bridges that span distances of 150 to 200 ft. offering unique perspectives of the ecosystem and wildlife, it’s a photographer’s dreamworld! Each suspension bridge has a width of 4 feet and a capacity for 10 people, making them the longest and strongest of their kind in the Western Caribbean.

You will head to Anthony's Key for the Dolphin Encounter, which is highly esteemed as the premier excursion for families visiting Roatan. This remarkable experience commences with a picturesque boat ride to a dolphin lagoon situated on a private island. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to wade into waist-deep water alongside 12 bottlenose dolphins, under the guidance of an experienced trainer. In intimate groups of only six participants, you will gain insights into the dolphins' behavioral patterns, social structure, and physiology while relishing the unique chance to touch, kiss, and engage with these extraordinary creatures. 

The center is celebrated for its dedication to the welfare of the dolphins and is among the only two facilities globally that permits their dolphins to swim freely in the open ocean, showcasing their impressive strength through remarkable jumps and tail walks. Participants are welcome to take their own photographs during the encounter, and a professional photographer will also be present to document unforgettable moments.

Whether you are a novice eager to learn or a seasoned diver looking to explore new depths, we welcome you to our Dive and Beach Tour. Make unforgettable memories while experiencing the unique beauty of Roatan’s underwater and beach scenery.

 The journey from Roatan to Cayos Cochinos takes approximately one hour,. Upon our arrival at Cayos Cochinos, it is necessary to register our guests at the marine park office. After spending some time on the island, guests have the opportunity to snorkel in the reef. Cayos Cochinos is renowned worldwide for its pristine reef system, which is the subject of ongoing research by a dedicated team of marine biologists from the Smithsonian.  Following the snorkeling experience, a brief boat ride will take you to the quaint Garifuna village of Chachahuate for lunch. This village occupies an area roughly one-third the size of a football field and is home to 100 residents who have inhabited the area since the 1800s. The lunch menu features freshly grilled snapper, plantains, and rice prepared in the traditional Cayos Cochinos style. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to explore the village, interact with the locals, capture photographs, enjoy a Garifuna dance accompanied by African drums, and snorkel in the stunning reef surrounding the island. Subsequently, you will depart from Cayos Cochinos and return to Roatan.
